Common questions
Which AI assistants do you check?
ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and Perplexity. We do not monitor Google AI Overviews or other search features.
What does DEMO mode mean?
Without API keys configured, scans use deterministic simulated responses — clearly labeled DEMO. You can run scans and view the report UI without keys.
Does paying switch on live model queries?
No. A paid plan is a weekly monitor seat (products, queries, alerts). Live model calls require your own OPENAI_API_KEY, ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, or PERPLEXITY_API_KEY on the server.
Can I share a report link with my team?
Reports open in the same browser session after a scan. Durable share URLs across browsers require server-side storage (Vercel Blob) to be configured — not guaranteed on every deployment yet.
